REFUND POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase/s, you have 14 days from receipt to contact JudithMohebbyanArt with the reasons for your return.

Purchase/s must be returned in the original packaging and be fully insured and paid for by the sender.

A refund will be issued once I have received the product and inspected it.

Commissions can NOT be refunded.

Be aware that there may be slight differences in perception of colour with different monitors or screens and that this is not grounds for a refund. All photographs of items for sale are professionally taken and are as accurate to the real item as can be.

 

PAYMENTS

Payments are taken through Stripe

Cash on collection.

Bank transfer is also available, please contact me for details.

 

POSTAGE

Orders will be packaged and shipped within five working days.

Orders under the value of £500 will be shipped via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service. Orders above £500 will be shipped via Parcel Force or an appropriate insured courier.

UK Mainland only.

JudithMohebbyanArt does not currently ship abroad.
